Guglielmo Marconi

His friends took him to psychopathic hospital when he told them that he has found a way to send messages through air 😂

I am talking about Guglielmo Marconi, who was an Italian inventor/physicist and popularly known for invention of wireless telegraphy and Radio.📻

Marconi was a multi-millionaire back in 1900s and he brought a revolution by connecting everyone through air and enabling them to connect in few seconds.🤯

He was a dreamer, his friends and family never believed in his idea 😂 though they considered him mentally sick.

Sometimes, I really get curious about how our society stops us from dreaming big and out of the box.📦

They impose their fear of failing on us and they “think” that, they know sure-shot and only way to success 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well start your day with this story 😎 and never stop dreaming.✌️

We can save her✨

A single grain of rice can tip the scales

In the battle against SMA, Arya stands to lose without your help.

16 Crore is no small amount, but does this mean it will be impossible as well?

Arya Pathak and her parents have fought long and hard for just a glimmer of hope in their lives.

I am posting this on behalf on my friend Rahul Pathak & Astha Muthoo. So please help in spreading the word about them and their daughter Arya.

Since she was one-year-old, her parents have missed rejoicing at developmental milestones. Arya had rolled over and started crawling at the right time, which is why her parents were surprised when she fell face forwards later.

What was thought to be a one-time occurrence turned into a lifelong hellish predicament.

The child who lost her balance never seemed to regain it and the parents rushed to doctors for an answer.

After multiple visits, the doctors suggested undergoing a genetic test to shed light on her troubles. It was revealed that Arya was battling the rare baby killer called SMA type2, Spinal Muscular Atrophy. SMA is a degenerative genetic condition that affects the motor neurons in her body.

Despite these problems, Arya has made the best out of her life. She sees the world around her with glimmering hope and happiness.

Parent’s heard people asking questions like:
how long will you keep fighting against the impossible?
Why don’t you give up already?
You can’t fight nature; she will remain a burden

But they don’t see what we see. We’ve seen a child who has truly enjoyed life.
Who doesn’t see her wheelchair as something lesser than. Someone who is a capable, smart and happy person, not a liability or a burden, but a true joy to share time and memories with.

“How can we ever stop fighting for her or even think of leaving her corner”- says Rahul Pathak, Arya’s Father.

It’s time we stopped treating people with diseases as liabilities. They are as much a part of our world as we are. And for that reason we need to come together to change the future for the better.

Arya deserves to be a part of the future but it’ll only be possible if she escapes the clutches of SMA in the present.

16 crores may be a lot but it would be nothing in front of your kindness and willingness to save a child.

A small donation from your end may tip the scales in the favor of Arya. Pledge to save her life.

Four sides on LinkedIn 🤞

Finally the weekend is here and so as the controversies. There are four sides on LinkedIn, Let’s talk what are those four sides.

• First side, the accussed side, they are trying to give explanations of all the accusations that they have got. Their supporters are pouring in comment section that itra their choice, how their content has helped hundreds, so on and so forth.

• Second side, the accusatory side, there view is that they are trying to help students to not fall in the trap of emotional content. The haters of accussed, some jealous candidates, some experienced folks with really good points, good content creators with solid proofs are on this side. They are trying to expose the accussed in every possible scenario whether on LinkedIn, youtube or Codeforces, blogs are a lot btw.

• Third side, personally I like this side very much bcoz they are interested in mining views only. “The big boss side”, this side’s only work is to say that LinkedIn is the new big boss, LinkedIn is toxic, dude if you have got this much issue leave LinkedIn or block everybody, why are you following them. This side’s opinion does not matter to anyone.

• Fourth side is the neutral one which doesn’t care, they sometimes write a post to tell whats happening, sometimes they ignore, the chill side.

My side This bogus doesn’t matter to me, I am smart enough to judge who is doing right and who is doing wrong.. Expecting the same from all college folks as well

Opinion

Whether you are a supporter or a hater, on the accussed side or the accusatory side if you are a college students, focus on your studies, coding bcoz no one can give you a job if you are saying in favour of him, and if you already have a job, enjoy dude..

Issues in Life😣

This girl!!

I swear, this one DM brought tears to my eyes & is above all that I have ever received or will ever do.

Graduated jobless
Lost dad to Covid
Traumatized mother
Sheer unhelpful family
Borrowed Laptop
No money left for expensive courses
No money left for expensive certifications
No unlimited internet supply (Limited Data Pack)
Read rented books one at a time. Yes, you read it right, Read books in 2021. Why, well she didn’t have enough resources to read blogs or watch youtube videos like you or me!

It’s her today! 19.50 LPA.

I so badly want to share this with my network, all of you guys who read & keep commenting on my posts-

Guys! You Have It All!!!!!!!!!

God has not been this kind to everyone.

If you have what this girl just didn’t have, please do justice to it, make it big!

Also, to all those who are capable-

Keep giving back to the society !!

I was doing perfectly fine in my life⏩

She reached out to me, needed me & I helped her to the best of my capability without knowing what life had in store for me, at all⏩

When I lost my dad a couple of months later, I reached out to folks & this time the karma hit. They helped me, to the best of their abilities⏩

I’ll always be a helping hand all the other Paruls out there reaching out to me. No matter what, I’ll never step back🔁

So, shouldn’t you.

If you’re in any capacity to help anyone around you, please do.

The cycle goes round!

You can’t change society, I can’t either.

But we can change someone’s entire life by helping them even the slightest individually.

Meetings should only be used to: educate, challenge, or make a decision.

EDUCATEEx: Training a sales team on a new product you created, walking through a deck and answering questions. (If it’s a simple update, stick to email)

CHALLENGEEx: Discussing a proposed solution to a problem with your team. (If feedback is needed, send over a shared document instead)

DECIDEEx: Present data on three potential launch markets and reasons to pick X. Get buy-in from everyone on the call. (If it’s a larger group or a lower risk decision, use a poll instead)

Next time you schedule a meeting, take a step back and identify which bucket it falls into above. Cancel the meeting and communicate asynchronously if you can’t.

Canva Achieves 2nd Richest place in Australia

She started her first business at the age of 14.

As of now, she is the 2nd richest woman in Australia.

She is Melanie Perkins, CEO and Co-Founder of Canva, an online graphic designing tool.

Today, Canva is a $15B giant with 55M users in 190 countries and $500M in revenue.

Still, her story is lesser-known than Canva’s flourishing tale.

She displayed entrepreneurial spirit at 14 by opening her first business and sold handmade scarves in markets around Perth.

She got the idea for Canva at the age of 19 while teaching a design course.

She realized the need to make designing easier.

She teamed up with Cliff Obrecht and started working on Canva.

Every investor they went to turned their proposal down.

But Melanie was tougher than the situation.

Even though it had a slow start, Canva shot to 50k users by the end of the first month.

After hearing “no” from 100s of investors, the company got its first funding for $3M in 2013.

And there’s no turning back after that.

They even launched Canva Enterprise and Canva Video Editor.

She is indeed a real inspiration for so many young women around the world to follow their dreams. 🙏
